ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Right to Accept or Reject Orders: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order placed through our Site at our sole discretion. This includes situations where we are unable to process your order due to reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing, or any issues identified with the payment method.
  • Quality Commitment: We have put significant effort into ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. Each product is crafted with care and precision, reflecting our commitment to delivering excellence.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – There will be no refund or exchanges permitted on cancellation of orders for not liking the product/ slight variations in colors, slight alterations (every handloom product has minor alterations, they should not be considered as defects).

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy does not allow for returns, but we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.

Each product is thoroughly inspected before being shipped. Please note that natural imperfections and variations in color, embroidery, and weaving are indicative of the craftsmanship involved in handmade textiles and garments and are not considered defects.

We only provide exchanges in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage. If you encounter such an issue, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and return the item in its original condition with all tags attached.

For size-related issues myiktaara.com reserves the right to accommodate a size change request. If alteration/change request is accepted, and the requested new size is unavailable, we will either alter the existing product, provide you with a new shipping date, offer alternative products from our inventory, or issue store credits valid for 3 months, which can be used for future purchases.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for sale items or customized orders. We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the merchandise appears to have been used or damaged by the customer.

Customers must retain the tracking details of any returned parcels until we confirm receipt. We are not responsible for any items lost during transit, and customers must bear the cost of shipping for exchanges.

We advise our customers to be very cautious when placing both domestic and international orders, as returns and exchanges are complex and time-consuming processes.

Important Note on COD Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
