SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery Within India:

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping is available for all orders within India for purchase above INR 10000 in single order, else charges are applicable as mentioned during checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Domestic orders are typically delivered within 4-9 business days. The delivery timeframe for specific products may vary depending on the manufacturing processes involved. An estimated dispatch time for each product is provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • Address Modifications: All orders will be delivered to the address specified by you at the time of placing the order. If you need to modify the delivery address, please email us at sales@myiktaara.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Order Tracking: Once your product is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking your order.
  • Inclusive Pricing: The prices displayed on our website for domestic orders are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

Delivery Outside India:

  • Shipping for International Orders: All international shipping is subject to additional charges. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of the package after you provide your shipping address. Important to note that Custom duties and taxes (if any) are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid by the receiver directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.
  • Duties and Taxes: : Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the product or shipping charges. These charges vary by country and are calculated at the point of entry. The receiver will need to pay any applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.) upon delivery of the order after receiving an invoice from the shipping agent.
  • Order Tracking: Once your product is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you for tracking your order.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: If the product is available and ready to ship, it will be dispatched within the below timelines:

    • Domestic Shipping: 4–9 working days

    • International Shipping: 8–15 working days

  • Products Requiring Production / Finishing / Pre-Orders: For products that need additional weaving, production, or finishing time, the delivery timeline will be longer. The same will be communicated/notified to you via email or WhatsApp.

All orders are carefully packed by our team, and then dispatched to the specified shipping address.
